Website project questions

Good questions make a better website.

Answers about scope, pricing, content, scheduling, revisions and what happens after launch.

How do I request a consultation?

Use the short request form on the client intake page. It opens a prefilled email for you to review and send. Elevate Commerce will follow up by email to coordinate a time.

What does the $995 website package include?

The starting package covers a custom, responsive website of up to five pages, two rounds of revisions, launch preparation, and a 30-day post-launch monitoring and correction period for the agreed scope. The exact pages, integrations and deliverables are confirmed in your written proposal. Domain, hosting and third-party charges are separate unless the proposal states otherwise.

Are there costs beyond the package price?

Additional pages, custom functionality, integrations, content work and other requests outside the agreed scope may add fees. Domain registration, hosting, premium software and other third-party services are separate unless your proposal says otherwise. We’ll confirm added work and fees in writing before starting it.

How do payments work?

A 50% deposit is due when the project is scheduled. The remaining balance is due upon completion, as stated in your service agreement and proposal.

How long does a website take?

The standard turnaround is up to 14 business days after we receive the required information, content, assets, access and materials. Timing can extend if feedback or materials are delayed, or if the scope changes.

What do you need from my practice to get started?

We’ll ask about your practice, locations, services, hours, audience, goals, brand assets, existing site, booking and patient systems, and who will approve the work. The client intake page has the full discovery form.

Can you build a website if we don’t have one yet?

Yes. The intake form helps us gather the information and materials needed to plan a first website. We’ll confirm the required pages and any content or photography needs in the proposal.

Can you redesign or update an existing website?

Yes. We can discuss a redesign, content updates or a new build based on your current site and access. Moving content, preserving existing URLs or connecting third-party services must be included in the agreed scope.

Can patients book appointments through the website?

We can discuss adding your existing scheduling system or setting up an appointment pathway. Availability depends on the software and access requirements. Scheduling setup, custom booking features and third-party subscription costs may require additional fees.

Can you build custom applications or automations?

Yes, application building, workflow automations, integrations and other bonus features may be available as separately priced work. We’ll review requirements, feasibility, timeline and fees before adding them to your project.

How can a website help our practice day to day?

A clear website gives patients one place to find your services, location, hours, directions, forms, portal links and next steps. With compatible tools, it can also support online appointment requests or scheduling, confirmations, reminders and routine inquiry routing—helping reduce phone tag and repeated front-desk questions. Setup, integrations and third-party subscriptions depend on your systems and may add fees.

Can online forms collect patient health information?

Only when the form is part of a system your practice has reviewed and approved for sensitive information. We can connect an existing patient portal or approved form tool when included in scope. Do not send patient records or protected health information by regular email or through our project intake form.

How many revision rounds are included?

The standard agreement includes two rounds of revisions. A round is one consolidated set of feedback. Changes to approved work, new pages, new functionality or a change in project direction may require a written change order and added fees.

What does the 30-day post-launch period cover?

For 30 days after publication, Elevate will monitor the delivered website and correct issues related to the agreed launch scope. New features, additional pages, content changes and enhancements are not part of issue correction and can be quoted separately.

Is ongoing website maintenance available?

Optional ongoing monitoring and enhancements are available from $399 per month. The maintenance scope, included services and terms are agreed in writing before the retainer starts. Additional work outside that scope may be priced separately.

Is domain registration or hosting included?

Existing domains may be used when appropriate and accessible. Domain, hosting, premium themes, plugins and other third-party services are separate costs unless your proposal specifically includes them.

Do you provide search engine optimization?

SEO can be discussed and scoped for your project. Paid advertising, social media management and marketing strategy are not included in the standard website package unless they are specifically listed in your signed scope.

Can you write or review our medical and insurance content?

We can help organize and create website content when that work is included in scope. Your practice must review and approve all medical, clinical, legal, regulatory, insurance, financial and patient-facing claims before publication. Elevate Commerce does not provide legal or clinical compliance advice.

Can patients send health information through the website?

Patient information must be handled through an appropriate, approved system that is included in the project scope. Please do not send patient records or protected health information by email or through the project intake form. Any special privacy or security requirements must be discussed before development.

Who needs to approve the website?

Your project should have a designated final approver. To keep reviews clear and timely, that person should collect feedback from other stakeholders and send one consolidated response for each review round.

What if I need a feature that is not listed here?

Tell us what you want the website to do. We’ll assess the requirement, identify any third-party services, and confirm scope, cost and timing in writing before work begins.
